BBC World Service
The BBC World Service Trust has hired Etype Media to host the new 2007 iLearn system. iLearn is an online training extranet for broadcast journalists which offers account-based modular courses in a range of disciplines. Modules feature streamed audio/video files as well as multiple-choice questionnaires. The system also allows a high level of interaction with an online mentor who can evaluate course work and deliver feedback.
The system is built in micorsoft environment.
